Yay week 3 complete and feeling pretty good! Barney (my dog) is doing pretty good too. He's really enjoying the longer walks. Bit worried about next week, had a sneak listen to what's in store and sounds like a pretty big step up but at least I have a couple of days before I have to tackle it - 2 rest days, then bring it on on Tuesday.

Honestly - the hard bit is all in the mind - just believe you can do it, that the programme has you properly prepared and you will do it.
