Only ran for 18 minutes yesterday and found it really hard and am very stiff this morning, what week should I start back at ? I have done the 9 weeks and I cycle quite often but find the running a lot harder.

I had 7 weeks out and whats working for me is I did w5r2 twice, then w5r3, then jumped to w6r3 and am now working thru' W7-9. I found doing the two 8 minute runs in w5 built up my confidence to try the 20 minute run in w5r3, so as you know you can run18 minutes maybe try w6r2 and then take it from there, depending on how you get on. Doing the same thing . Working through the podcast following injury helps. You must start at a week you feel comfortable with.
