Really busy week end at a festival, 3 o'clock bed past 2 nights. Should have completed W4R2 yesterday, and really tired today - should I just do it and go tiredness be damned or curl up and go to sleep.

Have a banana, drink a glass of water. Then get out there and RUN! You'll fell better once you have.

Yay - just did it. An official week 4 graduate!!! And in a new rather hilly park too and added another 2 minutes onto my last 5 minute run. Today's discoveries - 1. after your calves get really tight going up hill, you can relieve them running downhill! 2. Running in a new environment makes the time go much more quickly

Thanks Andy....you are so right, I feel all bouncy and invigorated now!!

So onto week 5.
