I had an exhausting, but successful run today, the speed run on c25k+. I managed the intervals at 11kph, the resting intervals at 8.5kph, all with a 1% gradient on the treadmill.
The interesting part was that this was done at 4pm, I hadnt eaten or drank a thing since 8am with my breakfast of all bran and a banana.
I had a good swig of water after the run. Interesting that it didnt seem to make a difference.
Coming down to 8.5kph from 11kph intervals my legs felt very wobbly though...

I can understand running on an empty stomach (I usually run about 8am, with nothing to eat since about 8pm), but I need to drink before running. But we're all different and we all find what works best for us.
