Week 3 ... Getting there.

First of all apologies. I replied to a whole load of your blog posts and questions the other morning and then when I looked again all my responses had GONE! I have no way of remembering what I said to you all, but I think if it was a good run for you I said something along the lines of 'very well done!' and if you felt like you had a bad run I reminded you of how much you had improved since week one. So there you go EVERYONE that is for you! WELL DONE and KEEP GOING!

Well what about me? I did my first run of week 3 last night wearing my new Karrimoor runing capris. (I don't usually do the advertising thing but thank you Sports Direct for your sale - 70% off, cheaper than E-bay and much better than those horrid bootcut leggings I was wearing before which were slightly too long for me and therefore slapped around in the puddles) The three minute runs felt like FOREVER when I was in the middle of them but I always surprise myself at how quickly I recover and am always ready for the next one. I think this must mean the plan is working. Onwards!
