Anyone else feel they could nap/sleep for an hour after running? I'm on WK4 nearly WK5 and after the initial 'high' I'm so sleepy about two hours after! Then I 'come round' again. Think it may be due to me getting into shape, as I'm certainly not rushed off my feet at the moment, time's my own, mostly...

I've been feeling that way after my last few runs (week 7). I think it's the weather, as I didn't feel like this earlier on c25k, even on my toughest runs.

Yep I think it is the weather, we're used to cooler climes! I can't relax most of the time, can relate to 'Oldgirl' like to be doing something, that's why I love running and can not (I've tried) do yoga! Bbbbbbbbbbbzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I fall a sleep in the evenings easier than before on the couch in the middle of a tv program, although my OH would say they had seen no difference as I can sleep anywhere!
