WK2 R2 Completed !! Can't believe I'm running !

Really pleased to have finished this one. I was really really tired for the 1st three runs in this session, but picked up after that and felt okay for the last 3. I wonder is it normal to start off feeling tired and then pick up, would think it would be the other way around. I have so much more energy since doing this couchto5K, really hope I can see this through, quite scared about the longer running sessions. Good luck to everyone else

Well done! Don't be scared about the longer sessions - you will be ready for them when you get there - Laura says so!
