I - Me - shuffled for the whole 25 minutes.
The running commentary in my head:
5 minutes - ok we're doing OK.
Come on you ran 10 minutes 2 days ago.
12.5 minutes - you're half way and on the way home. Don't give up now, don't walk. slow down - so I slowed down.
20 min nearly there to much effort put in at this stage to give up - so slowed down again.
25 minutes - euphoria - I finished!! I'm not sure I enjoy running yet but do enjoy the achievement. Stretching.
P.S. No Coffee just water.

Well done 👏👏 that's great, i know what you mean about enjoying it now, i think i do, and actualy look forward to the next run! Went for just a walk the other day, and it felt strange not running, especialy with alot of joggers, out and about! 😂
