Week 8, run 1 done , run 2 tonight eek

Well did run 1 Wednesday and wasn't too bad until the last 5 minutes-possibly the longest 5 minutes of my life, when my back was hurting, I had stomach ache and a stitch all at once.-judging by the looks I was getting I think the other runners around thought I might die!

But I dragged myself along and I did it, and all alone as my running partner is off swanning around Edinborough!

So im proud of myself but I can't say it was pleasant! And I can't say i'm looking forward to tonights run either! I'm hoping the last bit isn't as bad tonight!
