Today's run did not go well - I was experiencing pretty severe abdominal colic by around 28 minutes, and so had to stop running. I've decided to count it towards my runs anyway, but am hoping this will pass in the future! Unfortunately, I have a bad history with colic (the pain has kept me up all night in the past!) and running with colic seems to be pretty unbearable. :(

Still, I'm doing three runs a week these days, so hopefully Wednesday's run will be more fruitful!
