I have just completed WEEK 9 RUN 3 !!! How hove I done this? How have I managed to complete this fabulous programme?? With the help of my friends for sure!! Thank you all who have given me many words of encouragement from this site. Without this community and the support it gives, I'm sure I would not have got to today!! And to all of you who are progressing with c25k, keep with it, it's a fantastic programme. If I can do it, you can!!
