Well done, that's often thought of as the worst week and you've done it! There is about the same total run time in week 2 although they are a little longer, there are fewer of them and you will get longer recovery time. Try to make your walks fast enough to be just short of breaking into a trot and then your runs just a little faster than that because the walks are going to help build stamina as much as the runs. Use short, faster steps rather than strides. Let us know how you get on :)

Well done on completing week one, it's by far the worst as you have to get out here, but you did it, each week challenges you just enough to build you up, you will probably have doubts along the way, but just remember you can do it and listen to Laura's advice, happier swimming is also so right, brisk walking and the runs should be a little faster. Enjoy :-)
