throat infection and no run :-(

down with such a bad throat infection this week. have missed all my week 6 runs after the encouragement from week 5.

am miserable from having to miss it.

cant believe this is the same person who'd hope for a 'sick' day so that i could skip gym

Hope you feel better soon. There are some nasty bugs about - my son was laid low with what sounds like the same thing last weekend.

It's amazing how special these running sessions can be - and I'm the same, used to find any excuse to miss the gym or a class.
