Ooooh youre in exactly the same situation as me. Should have finished week 4 last friday but full of cold and didnt go again until Monday of this week. Struggled a little so repeated w4r3again last night. Again I struggled but finished but not feeling confident about week 5.

Up until now I have really enjoyed the programme but bein ill has made me doubt my ability a bit, mow unsure if to repeat week 4 again until I feel better or plough on. I have a few days away this weekend so won't get to go until Momday of next week. I just can't see myeelf running for 20 minutes straight.........

Good luck and get well soon.

Why not try the first w5 run. If it's too tough then just drop back a week, but I suspect you'll be just fine. Good luck :)

Thanks! Just re read my post in the cold light of day and see it's littered with spelling mistakes! I must come round/ put my glasses on in a morning before I go onto the forum.....it's just too addictive lol!

I got a chest infection just before my last run of week 3 - I've had to take 2 weeks out. Definitely going to redo all 3 week 3 runs before moving on. If I'd only missed 2-3 runs I'd probably just move on but I can definitely feel my fitness decreasing as I sit here coughing away!

Do week 5 with no particular expectations. Too many of us surprise ourselves after a break for illness for it not to be worth a go, so long as you are well enough to be out there at all.

Try the 1st run of week 5 see how you feel :) you either carry on drop back .
