I have just started week 8, I found week 7 running 25 mins difficult, and that I really needed to push myself. I did it 5 times as i didnt feel confident to move on. 28 mins today has killed me, it has to get easier

I feel a little like you blisters, I've done the 2nd run of week 7 and maybe it was the tiniest bit easier than the first one, but almost imperceptible. I'm hoping it will get easier too! Maybe it just takes different people different times to get used to running the longer times. At least my recovery is a lot faster now, so that's an improvement. Good luck for your next run!

I completed the last run of week 8, and i wouldnt say it was a breeze but i could definitely tell the diffence. Looking forward to the last week and completing the 30 mins, it was achievement before starting this programme to run for 5 mins nevermind 30
