After being ill on holiday (typical!), i didnt get in the running that i wanted to. Feeling much better now, but i was worried about starting back where i left off at week 7, so decided to rerun week 6, as i felt the intervals would help to ease me back into it.
And it wasnt too bad really, i have completed w6 r1 twice now and feel that i am happy to move on again....so onward to graduation!
