Back too week 6

After being ill on holiday (typical!), i didnt get in the running that i wanted to. Feeling much better now, but i was worried about starting back where i left off at week 7, so decided to rerun week 6, as i felt the intervals would help to ease me back into it.

And it wasnt too bad really, i have completed w6 r1 twice now and feel that i am happy to move on onward to graduation! :)

I'm in the same boat. Had sudden terrible hayfever and had to take anti-histamines like going out of fashion so no running for two weeks (breathless and virtually asleep). Have decided to go back to week 6 and build up again. Good luck with week 7.
