Wk 1 R2 done!

Was a bit reluctant about going out today - my legs still stiff and achy from run1 and climbing spiral staircases up to the towers at a castle yesterday with the kids- was about to use this as an excuse to leave it another day before doing run2. Went anyway and actually found it slightly easier than r1. Perhaps that was because I knew what was coming and knew I had survived - I might actually be looking forward to doing the run again on Monday.
