Well I did it,all on my own. Wasn't sure how I would manage without Laura in my ear, but i took my own playlist and a timer and I got round ok. It was a week since I graduated and I could tell I'd had a longer break than normal but I am determined to make myself carry on. I need another goal now, which will be to speed up. Or should I forget the speed and try to run for longer?

congratulations on the badge! Have a look at the 5k+ podcasts which have just been released. I don't want to go further but I'd like to be faster. If you decide you want distance, try intervals just as you did in c25k for the distance you want to achieve so you gradually build up, but if you want speed, then there is a new set of padcasts designed for that. Enjoy your running :)
