Week 7 completed!!

Week 7 was tough, I did the final week of week 6 (25 mins) and felt great. Then I started week 7 and it was like I had a little devil on my shoulder telling me whilst running that I couldn't do it and to give up. Today was run number 3 and I wasn't looking forward to it so I decided to change my route, this seemed to really help, I think I was getting bored of the same view. Bring on week 8!!!

That's a good tip, peggy-jean. I'm on week 5 and keep going round and round a small circle in a park. Maybe i should look for a new route to keep things moving!
