OK, so I got to wk 4 run 6 and was struggling, I always run straight after dropping my little one at school so knew the school summer break would be a problem but suprise suprise my Son said he would run with me, hurray. No childcare to find and something we could do together, altough I knew he would out run me and hes only 6!. Disaster 2 days before holidays start and he breaks his elbow, no running for us. We are walking evry other day but I am wondering what damage this 6 weeks will do, as I said I am on run 6 wk 4 and still no where near completing the 5min segments, now I have not ran for 2 weeks, should I drop back to wk 3 when I finally get some time to myself again????
