Having had a fall last week, my recent runs have been much less enjoyable. However, I wrote a blog post about it yesterday and almost immediately I received feedback which, literally, got me back on my feet again. I've just returned home from my run and passed the road where I had my fall and didn't get that horrible churning feeling in my tummy. Thank you! It was also nice to have the rain for company - it really cooled me down...gone are the days when I would look out of the window and say, 'nah'!
