Chuffed this morning Week4 done, went very well, managed a little sprint for the last minute. But why is the weight still going on.

I am also on week 4 about to do run 2. Am experiencing weight gain too. Does anyone have any answers? Are we just hungrier? Or do we think 'I am exercising so can eat what I want?' However, I do think it is a brilliant plan and am determined to keep going in spite of carrying around a lot of extra pounds.

Hi rose just done W5R1 it was ok but still not losing weight. My hubby thinks muscle is heavier than fat, I hope he's right.:-)

I once said that to someone and they laughed....a pound in weight is a pound in weight whether it is fat, muscle, potatoes! So I guess what I am looking for is loss in inches! But thanks for the thought. Good luck with the rest of the programme.
