I was looking forward to starting week 2 and can honestly say I enjoyed my first run of the week this morning. Oddly it didn't seem to take as long today as it did last week, probably because there were less runs, although they were longer this time. Feeling really good at the moment. I so hope I can keep this up. Don't feel fitter or thinner yet, but I do feel better about myself and that can't be a bad thing.
