hi. Just back from my graduation runšŸƒ

I think this was my toughest run yet, a fierce wind in my face from my turn around point.

I didnā€™t think this would be possible when I started. Week 1 run 1 was a shock to the system.

Thanks again for all the advice and support.

Unsure what to do nowšŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Congratulations!!!! Thatā€™s excellent news. Massive achievement. In the short termā€¦the most important thing to do is celebrate!!

Itā€™s best to consolidate what youā€™ve done by sticking at running for 30 minutes to reduce your chance of injury. That also gives you a perfect opportunity to try new routes, go up hills etc and think about what you might like to do next. For now, enjoy!

Congratulations! You should celebrate your massive achievement šŸ‘, well done!

Like you I have just graduated too and am wondering how to go about consolidating...not sure I'm ready to give up that encouraging voice in my ear yet so I'm thinking I'll just repeat week 9 and see how it goes. Good luck with your onward journey.

hi, thanks very much.

Repeating week nine for a few weeks was also my track of thought. Iā€™ll try to get a bit quicker then maybe up the distance a bit.

All the best.

Well done thinnerman! I went on to Parkrun with three runs a week. Extended some runs when I couldn't do a parkrun with the JuJu 60 minute plan modified to suit me. But not easing back, stick with the routine so it really is part of the new you. And love it šŸ˜

congratulations šŸ‘šŸ» I hope you treat yourself to new running goodies! I didnā€™t know what consolidation runs were until I read about them on here but basically just keep running 3 times a week for 30 mins until your body gets used to it without any more increases in time - good luck!
