Because you a human being not a machine. Everyone faces a couple of tough runs doing this programme. I don't think it is unusual. If you struggled but completed it the very well done. If you had to give up, don't get stressed. Rest up and try again in a couple of days time. It is a marathon not a sprint so to speak. The tortoise beat the hare so need need to rush. Take your time to complete the programme bit by bit and you WILL get there in the end. Good luck!

I found W6R1 kind of difficult after doing W5R3, but I've been out for W6R2 this morning and normal service resumed, having read the blogs I think a lot of people find the drop back in running time difficult. Hope Your next run is better.
