So i just complete w6r3 last night. However on w6r1 I had a pain on the innerside of my thigh when I got back. It wore off the next day so I though nothing of it. However after completing w6r3 it seems to have flared up again. I'm not sure whether or not to attempt w7r1 tommorow or not? Would it be best to leave it for a few days to see if it gets better first? Oh and my original question! Is this what is known as groin strain?

no idea what it is, but pain is your body's way of saying rest! I'd take a break, not sure I'd want to ice or compression that region though ;-)
