Thanks for all the support and words of encouragement you gave me after completing W1 - it really does help. Managed W1R2 yesterday despite getting a stitch in only the second 1.30m run section! Thank goodness its a rest day. I think I'll try and get some inspiration by watching the fella's road cycle race.
