First post grad run!

So it is def better running to my own music, I think I roughly did 30 mins (based on the length of the playlist I put together), I seemed to listen to the tracks more intently and kind of forgot I was running, the 30 minutes went quicker, I think. It felt weird without Laura egging me on, but good too, kind of liberating that I could do it on my own and spur myself on!

Off out again tomorrow, might treat myself to some new tunes too!
