I had a mole removed the other day and forgot to ask how long before I can run again. Anyone any ideas ? Stitches to be in 12 days

I had one removed a few years ago and was told I was fine to do sports, apart from anything where I would land on my back or swimming.

I don't see why you shouldn't run, but perhaps protect the area with a plaster initially during the run to stop your clothes rubbing on the wound. If it's a large scar (more than a couple of centimetres) maybe you should wait a couple of days to give it time to heal.
