This happened to me in the first couple of weeks. What is your diet like? I added a few more carbs and veg into my evening meal and ate more fruit in the morning and seems to be working fine now Hope this helps!
Drink plenty of water and eat lovely fresh fruit. Deals well with the hunger issue!
I'm eating a slimming world diet - so it's pretty healthy... just noticed i'm eating loads and have put about 1.5 pounds on in the first two weeks which is really frustrating. I have lost 4 stone over the last year with just diet, and sort of presumed i'd lose loads more if I ran!
As long as you're eating healthily & exercising I'm tempted to say not too pay too much heed to the scales (muscle weighs the same as fat remember so with two people the same weight one could be healthy with muscle the other not with fat, lots of athletes are classified as obese because of their muscle weight). Take more notice of how your clothes fit, that's a better indicator of how fit/toned you are.
I have days when I get really hungry. I've noticed this happens less when I eat lots of salads and vegetables, and more when I eat 'rubbish' (food high in sugar and fats). Enjoy whatever you usually eat, but maybe in slightly smaller portions (especially where fats and carbs are concerned) and fill up on the healthy, fibrous stuff. If you haven't tried it, myfitnesspal.com is really useful for tracking what you eat and how many calories you are burning through exercise. I find that knowing how much fat/carbs I've eaten so far that day helps me make better food choices. Best of luck.
