armband for a walkman for a 10 year old

hello all. finally gave in & took 10 year old out for his first session of c25k, which he managed without even breaking into a sweat! anyways, I have 2 armband mp3 holders & both are far too big for his 10 year old arms so wondered if anyone out there had seen a smaller version of this for sale.

if I cant find one I think Ill have to buy a couple of wristbands & use my sewing skills to modify these to fit him but would rather save time & find something made for the purpose
