I did it!! After all the self doubt I have just come back from completing run 3 wk 6 and I loved it! Can't wait to start week 7 and didn't even mind tackling the hills around home (although they are probably more like gentle slopes if I wasn't trying to run up them!) If anyone is struggling with run 1 and 2 of week 6 like I did, don't despair, its worth it and run 3 is easier, if I can do it anyone can xx
