I'm on 2nd week of c25k. Loving it. What would you recommend on my day 'off'.

What exercise do you like? Swim, cycle, walk, yoga, dance. Anything that’s not running 😃👍

You and me both, by week 5 allegedly you can do pushups, I'm still struggling for more than 5 or 6 and I started that about 8 weeks ago. Loads of other exercises on the links on strength and flex forum. Have fun
