Well completed this on Thursday, it was hard work, but i knew i could do it. So onward and upward to week 7....very exciting!

Congrats on finishing W6, I'm just on W7 but found W6 to be so much tougher. Good luck on running while you are away - I've just ran on holiday and felt v.smug!!
