Finished my 3rd run of Wk 1, but it was a tough one!

I was keen to finish my first week of the programme on a high, so I headed down to the beachfront again. I thought being outside would help keep me cool, but the wind made it really hard when I turned back to the car.

I also had a stitch after the 5th run, which made me slow down a lot. I did think I was feeling the aftermath of my operation, but it went away after a minute or two so it was just a stitch. It still hurt though!

I managed to do some interval running/walking on the way back, but I had to put Laura on mute. This probably meant that I didn't do eight 60 second runs, so I think i'll try and head out on Sunday to catch up.

Having a shower has made me feel a lot better, so i'm still really keen to start week 2 next week :)
