The knee (now KNEES) I'm not speaking to has the upper hand right now.
After pulling up completely lame after last week's event, I decided to give them both a rest to hopefully recouperate. Taking your own advice is sure hard to do....lol.
I bought a pair of ankle weights to help build up my quads (standard first place to look when having knee pain)...stay tuned for further news on that regard...and am taking an anti-inflammatory (non-prescription) and RESTING. Hoping a visit to the physio doesn't become necessary. I'm planning to resume W9 tomorrow morning.
Even though I'm on the injured reserve list right now, it's nice to come here and read the blogs. I'm glad to see so many of you are making fine progress....keep up the good work.

Sorry to hear the knees are being difficult! My left one has been letting me know it's here since Sunday afternoon's trek but the gym session yesterday seems to have loosened it off a bit. I want to do a 4 miler tomorrow so we will see...
Awww Grandmadog sorry to hear your knees are giving you bother, hope things sort them soon. Now just listen to your body tomorrow and take it easy. Good luck
Sore knees ouch! But if you are building them up with weights it won't be time wasted in the long term. Bet you are getting twitchy to get and run though...
