Am I really on week 5?

This morning I did run 1 week 5 and I can't believe how quick the time has gone from when I started week 1 with great trepidation! Each week brings new challenges and my inner self keeps telling me that I can't possibly do this. It's a constant battle with her which I am winning at the moment. I am starting to feel that maybe I can run a 5K race in the not too distant future. The best thing I did a few weeks ago was to get up off the couch and start this great programme!!! Good luck to all week 5 runners especially for run 3. xxx

Signing up for a race is always good motivation, I did Race For Life last year at the end of couch to 5k. Keep on winning with yourself :-)
