Well did week 2 again following 3 weeks off with my knees and have just done W3R1.
Well I'm not pushing so hard and only doing what Laura tells me, no extra couple of minutes at the end of the run. And although I am still feeling the odd twinge, I think my legs / knees are getting better.
I'm sure ths is down to new trainers and Greg_M advice blog on stretching, I'm not doing all the stretches he mentions, rather a pick and mix depending on where I feel sore.
Just keeping an eye on my knees clicking more than normal, but hoping that when my muscles balance up all will be good!
