Well I have officially completed Week 5 / Run 3 and what a high I have been left on! Complete satisfaction and dead chuffed with myself that I have got this far! So depending on the legs tomorrow I may start Week 6 but I shall see how it goes

Well done you. W5R3 is such a mental challenge. Once I did that I knew I would graduate one day however long it took!
