Fear and excuses vanquished and Wk4 R1 completed.

The first 3 weeks went well, but Week 4 looked very daunting with the jump up in the length of running time. Mentally went through every excuse perfected over the past 10 years of couch sitting, but none of them seemed good enough any more, so went out there and did it! Can't say it was easy, but I managed to keep going and now have a huge feeling of achievement and can't wait for the next run. This programme is proving to be such a great boost to both my physical and mental well-being - can't recommend it highly enough.
