Feel amazing - Race for Life 5k = 35 mins :)

Feel amazing right now. The atmosphere was great and despite a few bottle necks going over bridges, I ran the whole way :) did the 5k in 35 mins according to my watch :) which is the longest time I've run for ( as only in week 8 ) and it's the furthest distance I've done. So proud of myself :D and for such a worthy cause

Well done - great time.. We had the Race for Life here today too and wished I'd entered it but squeezed a run in before it started anyway. i think I will do it next year.
