Hi guys I did the 5k Race for life run in 33 minutes yesterday. I shocked myself, hey what a difference it makes running with other people. I thoroughly enjoyed myself I'm keeping going with this hopefully next year I will be aiming higher. πŸ’•πŸ’•

That's amazing, well done you :)

I did a '5k fun run' on Saturday and couldn't believe the camaraderie of the other runners, especially at the finish (those that had finished stayed to clap and cheer those still running).

It's a great way to spend a morning!

Oh I totally agree I loved every minute. Running with others is so much better then being on your own.

Wow! Well done!

Race for Life was where I started. I jogged and walked and thought...I wonder if I could ever jog all the way? Hopefully I'll find out next year!

Are you a C25k graduate? I've just finished week 5 and I'm looking forward to longer runs.
