Have you had your gait analysed? I had very sore and hot knees after running. Trainers for overpronators stopped the knee problem completely. Don't be terrified of week 3 - the plan is really good and stretches you just enough while helping you build up strength and stamina. I barely managed week 1 but now am running (V v slowly ok) for 20 minutes. Relax and enjoy.

Also finished week 2 today and feet are complaining! Had a go at running for longer on the last run section and seemed to be able to keep going so that has given me a bit of confidence to tackle week 3. I just love the fact that we are all in this together. Everyone I see now running I wonder if they too are listening to Laura's wise words!
