OK, so W5R1 completed on Sunday and R2 this evening without much difficulty/pain etc but I'm really not looking forward to R3 and running for 20mins! It seems such a big 'step' (iffy pun intended).
I really felt it today with R3 and can feel a definite 'tightening' in my bum and legs this evening... but it kind-of feels good - does that sound odd?!
I'm planning on attacking R3 on Friday morning as I have the day off work and reckon I'll need time to recover!!

If you've managed the plan so far, then you most certainly will have no problems with the 20 minutes. I did that run last week and approached it with the same fears as you, but like everyone else who's commented you find you can do it. You really really can! And it feels so good afterwards. Just go for it, believe Laura, concentrate on the music and you'll do it! Good luck and let us know how you do.
Make sure you do some easy stretching between now and Friday....it may help with the tightness. Despite what your brain is telling you, if you have been sticking with the programme, you are ready for R3! And we will be here listening for your "Whoop! Whoop!" at the 20 minute mark!
