Over indulged big time this weekend with both food and booze so left tonights run as late as possible. I went out at 8pm still feeling worse for wear, will I ever learn? It was still quite warm at 23 degrees and the sun was low so shining in my eyes. The run went surprisingly well, all things considered. I managed to run through the cool down and even managed to up the pace for 4 of the 5 mins. I feel mentally and physically prepared for Tuesdays infamous W5R3. Not sure how my overindulgence will affect my slimming world weigh in on Wednesday but at least it didn't affect my running.
