So normally I'm up at 04:10 to do my runs. And today I'm due W2R3 but I've a practical test for a new job this morning so I've postponed my run till later (just in case lol) hope there's not too many people in the park this afternoon to see me shambling along.

Wow that is seriously early - and I thought getting up at 6am to run was hard! Well done you!
I would like to say its easy getting up that early but due to the shifts I work in my current job that's the only way I can fit the runs in lol
