How can I get C25K on my android phone?

You can download the podcasts from here: nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/couch-5K... and then add them to your phone as you would do for normal music MP3s.

There isn't an official NHS app for C25k (as far as I know), but if you want an app instead of the podcasts I think there are a few different ones - have a look in Google Play on your phone (the thing that used to be Android Marketplace) and search for C25k.

Icouldnt download the podcasts on my android phone dont know why it wouldnt work. In the end i downloaded them onto my tablet and then bluetoothed ut to my phone. U could try the same or even downloading to a laptop then transfer to your
