Have new MP3 so I can actually listen to the podcast...check.
Even have go faster running socks...check.
Repeating Wk1 and did it sort of properly...nearly killed me. New trainers sure are pretty but gave me pins and needles from the hip down in my right leg! I did my five minute warm down walk bare foot around the park. Stretching exercises back at the car so I did not cease up and get stuck in the car. I nearly had a Tena moment due to poor planning! Boy oh boy, do I have a long way to go!!!
