....well, yeh...I DID change my course (having to RUN the entire distance allotted to the 5 minute cool down WALK Wednesday to make the 25 minutes). I'm still doing the "HILL" and running (to use the term very loosely)it...and added some more inclines. In 25 minutes I covered 3.2k, so i don't see a sub-30 minute 5K in my future, but that's ok....for me, it's really about getting off the couch. Not shifting any weight...but that's ok too...it'll come down as I run more and more miles, and with weight loss (I need to lose 2 stone, gulp!) will come, hopefully, increased speed. (Think of running carrying a hod of bricks.) Onward and upward..but not TOO upward..lol
So, yeh....still plodding along.... still thank CaroleC for pointing me here and I still love C25K!

Woohoo! That is so similar to me except I could do with losing 4 stone Those hills, I have a couple too and they are beginning to not be so scary! I love the way you are so positive about your achievements - I keep fretting about my slowness and lack of distance. You are saying you are off the couch and its ok to not be Usain Bolt at the moment Well done you
