W6 R1 completed!!!

After posting on here last week about dreading W5 R3 - just like people said , I did it!!!!! So chuffed with myself and definitely think a lot of it is psychological. Achieving the 20 minute run has made tonight's run seem quite

Am really pleased with how it's going & am actually starting to plan some 5K routes that I'll hopefully be able to achieve in a few weeks time!!!

We're running quite slow currently but I know that's the best thing at this stage- if I tried to go too fast I would just burn out & give up.....and I enjoying myself too much to want that to happen!!!
